Paychecks for our Representatives are generated twice a month. The first is issued by the tenth business day of each month, and the second is issued by the 25th. The first paycheck includes all business cleared through Hilltop Securities, and all direct commissions received the 16th through the last day of the previous month. The second paycheck includes commissions received on direct business received between the 1st and 15th.
Dominion passes along costs incurred when handling special requests by Representatives (example: overnight mail, etc.).
Dominion is charged $10 for extensions on customer payments. These charges are passed along to the Representative, or they can be charged to the client at the Representative's request.
Dominion offers order back-up in Horseshoe Bay, Texas to support our Representatives when they are out of the office, on vacation, or out on an emergency. Series 7 or 11 personnel, supervised by a Series 24 Principal, take customer orders. An 800 number is made available to the Representative for distribution to clients, as they feel appropriate.
